This is a great place to call home. The staff are always welcoming, greet you with a smile and do everything they can to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance team is quick to respond and repairs are made in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here!

Office staff did an amazing job getting residents re-housed swiftly after the fire. I was part of the community effort after the fact and heard that a new resident who moved in to the building that caught fire the day before was housed in a new unit the next day. Love having this in my community!!

Jason showed up to fix my ceiling on along with a Travis who came to fix my fan, both on separate requests I believe. They did a fantastic job showing professionalism and getting the job done in a timely manner

The Lodge office staff and maintenance crew have been incredible throughout my move-in process. Jayson at the leasing office has been not only incredibly kind but so helpful throughout every step of the process, from my initial phone call to drawing up my lease and giving me the keys. The property is well maintained, and I was given an opportunity to let the property know of any problems with my unit as soon as I got the keys. They were immediately responsive with the very few minor issues I had with the condition of the unit after the last tenant moved out. Iâd recommend The Lodge to any of my friends or family looking for a home in Blue Springs.

Wow, to say Iâm impressed would be the understatement of the century. Iâve lived at a lot of different apartments in my 34 years on earth and Iâve never had the sort of service I have here. Jason in Maintenance is quick and very efficient. He listens and really cares about what he does. That alone Iâm very grateful for. then thereâs Erika in the office who always greats me with a smile and is truly a joy to be around. Wish I had found this place sooner!
