My fiancé lives there and I stay a few times a week , I’ve decided I need to live there too. My apartments aren’t nearly as good when it comes to repairs a few days ago his heater was out Jason with maintenance. Was there within a half hour troubleshot and resolved it .at my apartments that could’ve taken a week also, I would like to mention that the office staff is very nice. I met Erica and Shay at a Halloween event. They’re very friendly and I’m told do a great job enclosure when my lease is up. I’m headed to the lodge. because of the maintenance team & office personnel It’s a really nice property i& fairly priced.

I had such a great experience finding my first apartment here! It can be super overwhelming trying to figure everything out for the first time, but Jayson and Erica made the process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Office staff did an amazing job getting residents re-housed swiftly after the fire. I was part of the community effort after the fact and heard that a new resident who moved in to the building that caught fire the day before was housed in a new unit the next day. Love having this in my community!!

The Lodge office staff and maintenance crew have been incredible throughout my move-in process. Jayson at the leasing office has been not only incredibly kind but so helpful throughout every step of the process, from my initial phone call to drawing up my lease and giving me the keys. The property is well maintained, and I was given an opportunity to let the property know of any problems with my unit as soon as I got the keys. They were immediately responsive with the very few minor issues I had with the condition of the unit after the last tenant moved out. I’d recommend The Lodge to any of my friends or family looking for a home in Blue Springs.

I specifically want to point out how hard the office staff and maintenance men work in these buildings! My microwave in my apartment broke during the huge snow storm and It was still made to feel like a priority to get fixed by the office staff and maintenance on top of all the other work they were already doing! Jason and Jayson both came out to work on replacing my Microwave today and they are both so helpful and kind. They got it installed so quickly and even made sure to clean the area! Thank you both for being so amazing and being a part of what keeps the apartments running so smoothly!

I've lived here 3 years. The maintenance man, Jason is outstanding! Whatever the repair needed, it's same day service which includes new dishwasher when ours went out. Jason is very conscientious about throwing down rock salt if there's a possibility of inclement weather. Ericka is the apartment manager. She truly cares about looking out for the residents. If I approach Ericka with a concern, she is quick to help. The laundry rooms are clean and during the summer the pool is clean. They've made living here a pleasant experience. My family and I were in a huge hurry to move into a nice unit in a nice neighborhood. We found The Lodge apartments and were able to get in for a viewing of available units the next day and we fell in love with the complex. Jayson went above and beyond to get us approved and moved in within 24 hours! There are not enough positive things I can say about Jayson. Only a couple days in the unit, but would definitely recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood at a great price!

I know the of would have done better if they were given the proper equipment to do it correctly. But they did a great job with what they were given to work with.

I really wish I could have made moving here work for me, but circumstances had me move before I could. I had to move to a place with an immediate opening. Throughout this entire process, Courtney has been extremely helpful!!! The tour of the one bedroom was lovely. She even mentioned that the amenities were being upgraded. If you are looking to move to Blue Springs, this is your best bet for an apartment. There’s plenty of shopping and dining around. The area overall is great. Thanks again Courtney and The Lodge staff! I really wish I could’ve waited a bit longer!

Honestly, we love this place! My fiancé is from the UK, and we moved here for his work. We were sure we would have a horrible time finding a place, but Courtney made everything so easy! We had so many questions, and she was so patient and answered every one of them thoroughly! She went out of her way to find us the perfect apartment for us and our pets and we couldn’t be happier! Everything from the first emails, to the tour, to signing the paperwork and moving in went perfectly! It’s quiet, our neighbors are great, and the maintenance guys are life savers! We plan on this being our home for many years to come.

We've lived here for only 2 months and we are loving it. The office people are nice and approachable. Our electric range wasn't working properly due to old age. Jason, the maintenance guy said he will ask the owner for a new one. Less than 2 weeks later, he and his trainee came in to install the new one. Awesome!

Edit: after living here for a few years now, I still have nothing but good things to say about the place! The staff is amazing, always going out of their way to make tenet’s lives better. From creating a haunted house unit, to hiding eggs around the property for kids to find for Easter. The property is clean and well kept, and we’ve never had an issue with our neighbors. The maintenance team, Jayson and Jason, are phenomenal. We never have to wait more than a couple days before they’re fixing whatever needs fixed, and they’re always very friendly. The office team, Erica and Shelby, are amazing as well. They’re quick to answer any questions we have. It’s a great feeling knowing your apartment’s staff is there for you.

Had an issue with my spray handle leaking on my kitchen sink that soaked underneath the sink itself. They got it fixed quickly. Michelle is amazing and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. She was really sweet and talked us through the whole thing before our tour and even answered all of our questions. While the process was long to get in after approval (not her fault at all) she stuck with us on getting us in. She even came in on her day off just to tell us that we had been approved and would be able to move in the next day. Haven't had any problems and there is little-to-no noise. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and now a place we call home. I would definitely recommend.

Management was super helpful when getting everything ready and when we did the inspection a few things needed attention, they quickly put in the requests and everything was fixed within 2 days. Could not be happier with the apartment, management, and maintenance.

Great service so far. I moved here two months ago and I really like the environment. It s quiet, clean , nice view. I doubted to sign my lease because of the negative comments I read online. So far , I cannot relate to any if the negativity because all I have experienced is peace, and good service. Thank you to the staff. I could have give 5 stars but I keep it 4 because I am still brand new here; plus i deal with trust issues :)

We have had normal "apartment" issues, and yes, they are frustrating at times. We live in 2017, what ISNT frustrating?! But Liberty is pretty Kick ass at trying her hardest. It's one woman against an entire complex of complaints. Hats off to that. Do I recommend this place? Sure, why not. My only REAL complaint is I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I'd give up the walk in closet for that kind of luxury.

My fiancee and I moved in despite people deciding to only voice their negative opinions via google reviews. I figured it was worth the risk. The management has changed and they are very kind and reliable in terms of handling rent and work orders. The absolute only negative thing I've experienced about living here is the apartment complex across the street. Apparently, some of their tenants enjoy attracting police attention. It's actually mildly entertaining, to say the least. Edit: I just checked and apparently there are other people experiencing their neighbors smoking weed and it going up into their apartment. Funny. I'm having the same issue (in addition to them also smoking cigarettes in their apartment) and have been since a few days after we moved in. It personally doesn't bother me too much other than the fact that it should be a simple courtesy thing to not do that in your apartment (provided someone is intelligent enough to realize it travels through walls and ceilings). I don't believe in snitching, but man. It's a bit ridiculous.

My fiancé and I have lived here for two years and had a great experience. The lodge has convenient access to I-70 to make a commute easy and is in a great neighborhood for a young family. Management responds quickly to maintenance issues. Management is friendly and helpful. Liberty has worked with us when we had a personal situation. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys nice amenities and apartment living, this is one of the best.

The apartment was too expensive, but the neighborhood was nice and the management was great. I had to leave early due to complications but they were able to find someone to replace my lease, and even refunded my rent. I'm glad I chose this place to live.
