DONT MOVE HERE!! Lived here for two years. Not knowing the area I thought this place would be best for me and my family. Absolutely Not! Long story short our Car has been broken into multiple times here including us and all our neighbors car widows being smashed. Homeless sleeping in the bushes around the apartments. Trash always overfilling and inviting the pest. Our neighbor was shot and killed in his apartment.The building next to us was burned down. We lived for two years with a cockroach infestation and things breaking and management never did anything but give us the run around. In our departure after cleaning the entire place we were charged over 600$ for cleaning and other things. We were promised a payment plan that never went through and received letters days ago that we have 10 days to pay our remaining balance. When calling to inquire payment under the 10 days mind you they had already sent us to collections. What a business and what a place to live. Absolutely don’t move here and for those living here move while you can. We doubled our square footage at the same price and have a garage!!

Shay was the first face we met! She is very sweet and professional and helpful. The maintenance crew has been amazing! Shout out to Jason - he is knowledgeable and timely. Erica too. Great place!

My fiancé lives there and I stay a few times a week , I’ve decided I need to live there too. My apartments aren’t nearly as good when it comes to repairs a few days ago his heater was out Jason with maintenance. Was there within a half hour troubleshot and resolved it .at my apartments that could’ve taken a week also, I would like to mention that the office staff is very nice. I met Erica and Shay at a Halloween event. They’re very friendly and I’m told do a great job enclosure when my lease is up. I’m headed to the lodge. because of the maintenance team & office personnel It’s a really nice property i& fairly priced.
