A non-refundable $263 application fee that they don't tell you about until after you filled out the entire application, terrible! As for the owner reply, you're charging 5x the standard price for submitting an application. Running credit, criminal background and employment verification doesn't cost you $263. This review will stay until you begin charging a reasonable price for the apparent privilege of applying to your complex.

The maintenance team Jason and Austin do a fantastic job. They both are very dependable and work around your schedule. Iâm very pleased with their experience. I also appreciate Kensley in the front office. She is extremely polite and responds in a timely manner. For the money you pay the place is nice. My only complaint so far is the pool and hot tub it has needed maintenance since I moved in but they are working on it and keep me updated. Excellent place to live in Blue Springs.

Thank you for the light! You know there are other things to be done. This is Sue. Ray is out of town for a month, and it would be nice to have them done by the time he gets home.
