We've lived here for only 2 months and we are loving it. The office people are nice and approachable. Our electric range wasn't working properly due to old age. Jason, the maintenance guy said he will ask the owner for a new one. Less than 2 weeks later, he and his trainee came in to install the new one. Awesome!

Everything from touring it to moving in was so painless and smooth! Courtney was especially amazing! She made sure to update us every step of the way and answer any questions we had. Edit: after living here for a few years now, I still have nothing but good things to say about the place! The staff is amazing, always going out of their way to make tenetâs lives better. From creating a haunted house unit, to hiding eggs around the property for kids to find for Easter. The property is clean and well kept, and weâve never had an issue with our neighbors. The maintenance team, Jayson and Jason, are phenomenal. We never have to wait more than a couple days before theyâre fixing whatever needs fixed, and theyâre always very friendly. The office team, Erica and Shelby, are amazing as well. Theyâre quick to answer any questions we have. Itâs a great feeling knowing your apartmentâs staff is there for you.

They won't fix people's air conditioning at the hottest time of the year, I know at least 2 people there with the same issue. Sure want that rent though ! Can't even stay in or enjoy their apt cause it's so hot !!!
