Honestly, we love this place! My fiancé is from the UK, and we moved here for his work. We were sure we would have a horrible time finding a place, but Courtney made everything so easy! We had so many questions, and she was so patient and answered every one of them thoroughly! She went out of her way to find us the perfect apartment for us and our pets and we couldn’t be happier! Everything from the first emails, to the tour, to signing the paperwork and moving in went perfectly! It’s quiet, our neighbors are great, and the maintenance guys are life savers! We plan on this being our home for many years to come.

Just moved in and let me say it’s amazing!! Love my one bedroom office staff is very helpful and kind!! Maintenance is on it!! Great place to live highly enjoying my first few weeks here! Neighbors are great !!

Nice apartments, Jason with maintenance always comes out in a timely manner and fixes the problem. Courtney was very helpful in getting me moved in.

Oh if I could give them 0 stars I would. I was told the Admin fee was REFUNDABLE. I paid it and got approved the same day. I WAS NEVER given a move in date. So I waited a entire month to move in... still no move in date. I then told them I will not be moving in because it took so long and I had to find a place. They then Denied me getting my refund saying it was only refundable for 72 hours..... I was told the Day I paid it is was refundable....... that's all. . And I never got a move in date and they said I did. absolutely ridiculous. Stealing money from people and lying about it... that's not a way to do business. I'm so glad I didn't move in and reading the other reviews saying they don't fix ac units... run !!!!!

Best place to rent from. Not only are the apartments really nice, the staff are very nice and friendly and easy to work with. I just signed a second lease.

We've lived here for only 2 months and we are loving it. The office people are nice and approachable. Our electric range wasn't working properly due to old age. Jason, the maintenance guy said he will ask the owner for a new one. Less than 2 weeks later, he and his trainee came in to install the new one. Awesome!

Everything from touring it to moving in was so painless and smooth! Courtney was especially amazing! She made sure to update us every step of the way and answer any questions we had. Edit: after living here for a few years now, I still have nothing but good things to say about the place! The staff is amazing, always going out of their way to make tenet’s lives better. From creating a haunted house unit, to hiding eggs around the property for kids to find for Easter. The property is clean and well kept, and we’ve never had an issue with our neighbors. The maintenance team, Jayson and Jason, are phenomenal. We never have to wait more than a couple days before they’re fixing whatever needs fixed, and they’re always very friendly. The office team, Erica and Shelby, are amazing as well. They’re quick to answer any questions we have. It’s a great feeling knowing your apartment’s staff is there for you.
