They should of never gotten rid of drop box if they are never gonna be in the office so I can drop off my rent money!

Unfortunately I don't have much of an option to live anywhere else due to my son being in school and I don't care to move anywhere else that may cause him to have to change schools. With that being said, I do NOT like this place. My mother and I moved over here 14 years ago and it was fantastic! As the years have gone by, everything has gone down hill. Maintenance is horrible. The management staff is unfriendly. The rent has increased tremendously and it's so not worth it. I can't wait for my son to get out of middle school so we can move.

Signed our lease beginning of August 2015. The management with CRES was amazing, would have given them 4 or 5 stars. They'd always answer the phones and answer any questions. SHORTLY THEREAFTER another company took over. Worst customer service I could have ever imagined. Our A/C broke towards the end of August (when it was still 80-90 degrees outside). It took us FIVE DAYS TO EVEN GET SOMEONE TO COME LOOK AT IT!!! Put a few zip ties on it and said I hope it holds, let me know if it quits again!.. You're kidding, it took us five days for us to get you out here and now you're hoping it holds. Then in December our heat suddenly quit one day and we noticed the temp dropping around 1030 that night. Thankfully the maintenance guy returned the call within minutes and said he'd come within 15 minutes and was able to help us out. Our ceiling/bedroom window was leaking water in one night. To be told there's something wrong with the way the balcony is above us is leaking and coming in. Let's spray some KILZ on it and we FINALLY received a notice (roughly 3 or so months later) that someone is coming to look into them. I hope it isn't growing mold by now.. ridiculous to pay so much towards something so crappy! Do not recommend. Won't ever recommend. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE FOR SURE! We were also told when we moved in that all ground level floors may have a BBQ grill on their patio, just not any upper level floors on balcony. Now to be told by this new company that ALL grills must be removed ASAP.

I moved out of these apartments in December, thank goodness!!!!! I COMPLETELY agree with the previous two reviews. With CRES management, it was AMAZING. Constant emails to see what they could do for, if I ever needed anything, they were on top of it. The new ownership was HORRIBLE! I could rant on all day about it. Basically, they did not stay on top of anything, they were very unorganized, and had no clue what they were doing. Half the time no one answered and no one was ever there. When I broke my lease, the management was all over the place, trying to charge me extra money, I had to get all of our previous emails, and my lease and bring it in there and talk to them multiple times! It was a MESS! I had my apartment professionally cleaned, and I was expecting my ENTIRE deposit back, and they were all confused about that as well and I still have not received it. I was told I would be called back and they would get this taken care of, NOPE. I moved out December 12th! Its been WELL over 30 days!!!! I did call today and it was a new manager, so we will see how this goes... Its sad but at this point, I would not recommend this place anymore.

I moved here in April and LOVED the management, they were absolutely excellent! Super friendly, knew me by name, always answered my calls in a timely manner and took care of all my maintenance requests quickly. Since the new management has taken over its been terrible. I can't wait to move out. I've called 15+ times since October about my hot water heater leaking into my closet and possibly causing mold and have been told its not in the budget to replace it, but would get fixed eventually and it still hasn't been fixed. No one ever returns voicemail and no one is ever in the office. Its practically impossible to get a hold of someone. When I filled out my notice to vacate form and was asked why I was leaving I replied with my hot water heater issue. I have asthma and allergies and my symptoms have gotten significantly worse. The office attendant told me my dogs would probably like a yard anyway...I would never recommend this place to perspective renters. By far the worst place I've lived.

The complex is recently under new management and it is absolutely horrible. They hardly ever answer their phone and the office is closed when it should be open, even when their sign says they'll be back at a certain time. My lease is coming to an end thankfully, but they are idiots apparently because they sent me a letter saying that I owe them a reminder of rent but since I am moving in the middle of the month it's prorated and I got the prorated amount from them. Also they can't keep the doggie area stocked with bags to pick up after our dogs but they put letters on evey one's doors complaining that people aren't picking up after their dogs. I do pick up after mine with my own bags but still, if they offer a pick up area then they should keep it stocked. The management that was here before was 100% better! So glad I'm moving!

I used to love it here. CRES took care of the property, cared about problems, and the staff even knew me by name. Now this new company came in and they're completely awful. They don't care, they're never there during their posted office hours, it's impossible to get mail, and even the maintenance crew hates the new owners. I work overnights, and I regularly get woken up by them doing work on the apartment above or next to us, and they never even let me know what's going on. The old management company would call and ask if I'd have a problem with it, but these people don't care at all. Don't rent from them.

The Lodge SUCKS!!! Do not rent here! I called Emergency Services because the apartment above had a leak. Water was pouring into kitchen. 72 hours later they showed up. Really? Damage to my kitchen ceiling. Maintenace showed up and said yes it needed repair. Still haven't fixed it. For more than 2 months. Also when the new owners took over they didnt cut the grass for more than a month. They didnt clean out the dog poop trash cans. We couldnt sit on our patio for months due to the flies! YUCK. It was awesome when Cres Management owned it. I really miss the previous owners :The new ones dont care about any tennants issues. Good luck to those who signed a lease and I feel so bad for those of you who are stuck.
