The apartment was too expensive, but the neighborhood was nice and the management was great. I had to leave early due to complications but they were able to find someone to replace my lease, and even refunded my rent. I'm glad I chose this place to live.

Think they changed office staff like 3 or 4 times in the year i lived there. Maintenance issues take forever to be addressed if at all. They are very quick to get on you if your late or dont pay the correct amount each month. When it comes to your money though they could care less moved out at the end of November and it's the first week of January still haven't seen my refund from the deposit. Also, will hear different policies or procedures from whoever you happen to talk to in the office.

Black mold in the laundry room and trash blows in the wind all around the complex. They are poorly made and poorly kept. My balcony railing is hell on by one or two bolts I almost felt the first day ibmoved in

If you are a night worker like me, you expect a little bit of common courtesy from the place you are renting but you'll get none here. No notice at all when major repairs are being done inside or outside. They just expect you to go with it. Its always fun to wake up to hammering and saws at 11 AM. A major roofing project went on for days with no forewarning. But if 10 dollars is overdue on your rent they will pin a note outside your door. Overall Terrible service, don't expect anything to get even seen within a week, usually they tell you to fix it yourself if its something minor. Uh hello, thats why I pay you nearly 900 dollars a month. Also you have to pay for water and trash yourself and the amount always fluctuates so you never know what your bill actually is and they wont accept the utility bill separate from the rent. Overall 2/10. Look elsewhere unless you are really desperate!

Maintenance sucks have to go 4 day's without air conditioning this is very unreasonable. Can't sleep at night when it's almost 80 degrees in your apartment.

I've been a resident here for less than a year. I really liked the complex at first, but after a few months it was evident this place has become a disaster. It's funny I only googled them to see what there ratings were, and if anybody else has been getting treated as horribly as I have. I'm a vet who just got back from overseas and treats everyone with respect, but have never received any from the new and utterly disgraceful staff, nor felt so unappreciated in my life. I could write an essay of all the issues I've had with them, and how unsympathetic and inhuman they are. Especially LEA all she wants is your money!!! She would charge you for each question you asked her if she had it her way. Oh and if there's a problem in your apartment, either YOU fix it, or you're S.O.L. As you can see from the previous comments, this place is falling apart and we all can testify to that. I truly feel sorry for the woman below me who just signed a lease. Take your money and run, before Lea pockets it. Anywhere but here is good. ] I wouldn't even get them 1 star if it wasn't mandatory.
