We love being a vendor for The Lodge Apartment Homes. Vee, the manager, is very easy to work with and makes our job easier! The property looks very well taken care of and the units are a nice size with a cozy feel.

Very inviting. Parking lots just got repaved makes a big difference. Maintaince and work orders are usually complete that day or the following. I do believe the rent payment setup could be a little more convenient. Especially people with work schedules before and after office hours. Overall a nice atmosphere!!

maintenance is almost top notch, but you have to try pretty hard to make your work order known and jump through loops sometimes. overall an amazing apartment complex, parking lot needs paved very nad, but property managers are working on it. michelle is wonderful, she helps me majority of the time i have any questions, vee is the highest up there but shes a busy bee. prices are high when others dump in trash, because there is no surveillance so expect your utility charges (water sewer trash) to get higher every month. size is amazing. we have a 2 bedroom. very nice, high ceilings but they take a lot of work to keep cool. blue springs is automatically a higher priced city because its a more luxurious area, so i will give 3.5 stars. once everything gets taken care of, these apartments are 100% gonna be worth 5 stars.

Will be given old filty appliances images of a stove in the inside and what my family live with for a year......and extra money is taken out of deposit when moved out for the next month utility.......spider problem toilets are old and constantly keeps filling up this place is a dump with coats of paint over mold......Please beware and check sliding doors maintenance purposely leaves screws lose for a possible break in.....
