I was only visiting family. Not sure about prices and management but over all the apartment was nice for 2 people.

Worst place I have ever lived. Getting them to fix anything was an impossible task. They went through several managers while I lived there and they each told me different things. I was buying a house near the end of my time there and was told that as long as I gave notice and left my apartment clean they would waive any fees and such due to all the issues I had. Then a new manager came in the day before I officially moved out and changed all that and I am fighting with them over a $4000 bill about me moving out a little early. While I lived there my vehicle was broken into several times, catalytic converters were stolen twice, apartment broken into once and my car was hit 4 different times and keyed twice. The managers did nothing to help with the situation other than tell me to park my car elsewhere. Again worst place I have ever lived.

These people are vampires that'll do everything they can to drain your account. It doesn't matter how good a tenant you've been, if you try to leave, not only will you never see your deposit, they'll nickel and dime you for every speck of dust you leave behind, until you're paying an extra several hundred to get out.

Never had a problem living here. Michelle in the office is awesome, she will try her best to take care of everything in a timely manner! Would recommend to live here. Also, maintenance is very friendly and does the work the same day request is made, or the next morning!
