Unfortunately I don't have much of an option to live anywhere else due to my son being in school and I don't care to move anywhere else that may cause him to have to change schools. With that being said, I do NOT like this place. My mother and I moved over here 14 years ago and it was fantastic! As the years have gone by, everything has gone down hill. Maintenance is horrible. The management staff is unfriendly. The rent has increased tremendously and it's so not worth it. I can't wait for my son to get out of middle school so we can move.

Not much changed since my last review. The latest management did improve. We were very grateful for that, but overall not acceptable living conditions. Very difficult to get anything fixed. Trash everywhere all the time. Noone cleaned up after their dogs. Rent increased every year. Loud neighbors. We had no choice but to move. We are very happy at our new location. I wish we'd had a better experience to report. We lived here for 18 years because I wanted my son to get through school in this district. A huge learning experience.
