Been here a few months now, upon moving in things were not good but shortly after moving in new leasing and property manager was brought in and things have been good. They are prompt with things that need to be fixed. Andrew Nevins and Erika Kinsey communicated with me very well about an issue I was having and the issue was fixed very quickly.

Apartments are a much better place now that we have new management. Jason our maintenance guy is wonderful, always quick to respond to requests, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working in the units, very friendly as well

If I could give 0 stars I would. We lived at the Lodge with our baby who we had in January. In May our AC went out and was never fixed. Our apartment would get up to 85 degrees and we would have to leave because it was miserable for our baby. They never came to fix it and we finally were able to move out in October once our lease was up. They also left us without hot water for a month, it wouldn’t even get warm. It was just cold water. When I went to the office to talk to the manager in person about the issues she told me that “it just happens, and there’s nothing I can do to help”. Absolutely terrible experience.

Unfortunately I don't have much of an option to live anywhere else due to my son being in school and I don't care to move anywhere else that may cause him to have to change schools. With that being said, I do NOT like this place. My mother and I moved over here 14 years ago and it was fantastic! As the years have gone by, everything has gone down hill. Maintenance is horrible. The management staff is unfriendly. The rent has increased tremendously and it's so not worth it. I can't wait for my son to get out of middle school so we can move. ***update 2021*** Not much changed since my last review. The latest management did improve. We were very grateful for that, but overall not acceptable living conditions. Very difficult to get anything fixed. Trash everywhere all the time. Noone cleaned up after their dogs. Rent increased every year. Loud neighbors. We had no choice but to move. We are very happy at our new location. I wish we'd had a better experience to report. We lived here for 18 years because I wanted my son to get through school in this district. A huge learning experience.

Way too overpriced for what it is. We had to put in maintenance orders for a broken sink….twice. All of the closet doors and the back sliding door fall off their track. Our heat broke in the dead of winter, And our microwave broke, each time something happened it took SO long to get help. And The pool was closed for half the summer. It is definitely not worth the price we had to pay.
