Unfortunately I’ve lived here for almost two years, there will not be a third, maintenance here is horrible I have not had very many issues with maintenance but when I do, it doesn’t get fixed, or it gets done badly, I’ve had issues with them coming into my apt. Without notifying me and it not being an emergency situation. As well as numerous other small community thing that just make it miserable to be here. It’s truly sad, your home is supposed to be your happiest place to be, not so here.

Andrew, Erica, and the maintenance team have really stepped up for this place when it was needed. They filled in where certain past employee's lacked and actually show care for the property and tenants.

I have been with The Lodge for several years, Jason keeps our community running, he began as a one man team, he is a knowledgeable, consummate professional who has treated this community as he would his own family. The Lodge has earned his value that he offers. If you want treated like family, hit The Lodge!

Erica, the leasing consultant is beyond amazing. She has a heart of gold and I cannot speak highly enough from what I have experienced with her customer service and ability to take care of prospective tenants. I was also able to meet the property manager, again blown away by the hospitality. If you want an apartment with amazing office staff, I highly recommend The Lodge as your first pick in the Blue Springs area.
